新疆大学生排球运动损伤现状调查研究

Investigation and Analysis of the Status Quo of Xinjiang College Volleyball Sport Injury

为提高新疆高校排球教学、训练、竞赛水平及预防运动损伤,文章采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数据统计及逻辑分析等方法,对新疆9所高校2012、2013级的大学生及学校代表队员的损伤情况进行调查,了解和比较分析高校男女大学生排球运动损伤的发生率、损伤类型、发生场合、损伤部位及易引起损伤的主要因素。结果表明:大学生排球运动损伤的发生率较高,排球运动损伤总体发生率为(62.7%),发生排球运动损伤场合为排球比赛(26.7%),经常发生运动损伤的部位为踝关节(21.9%)、指关节(15.9%)、膝关节(14.6%),运动损伤的主要类型扭伤(30.1%)和拉伤(23.6%),导致运动损伤的主要技术动作扣球(31.8%)和拦网(25.2%),而引起运动损伤的主要原因在于技术动作不规范(24.7%)和准备活动不足(22.2%)。说明教师对学生运动损伤采取的教学保护性措施应进一步加强,学生自我保护意识和自我保护措施有待提高。

To improve the Xinjiang college volleyball teaching, training, competitio tion, using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews, statistics and logic n and sports injury prevenanalysis and other methods of investigation, damage of 9 universities in Xinjiang area 2012,2013 level of college students and the school team, understanding and comparison analysis of College Students Volleyball men and women the incidence of injury, type of injury, occasion, damage position and easy to cause the main reason of injury. The results show that ： Xinjiang col- lege volleyball sports injury rate is high, the overall incidence of volleyball sports injury （62.7%）, multiple occur- rence of volleyball sports injury in volleyball game situation （26.7%）, often sports injury site of the ankle （21.9%）, finger joint （ 15.9% ）, knee （ 14.6% ）, the main type sprain injuries （30.1%） and strain （23.6%）, mainly due to movement damage spike （31.8%） and block （25.2%）, and the main cause of sports injury is nonstandard movements （24.7%） and insufficient preparation （22.2%）. Teaching teachers to take protective measures of sports injury of students should be further strengthened, The students awareness of self-protection and self-protective measures to be improved.
