红蓝光联合多磺酸黏多糖乳膏治疗痤疮临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Red and Blue Light Combind with Hirudoid Cream in Treating Acne Vulgaris

目的观察红蓝光联合多磺酸黏多糖乳膏治疗轻中度寻常痤疮的临床疗效及不良反应。方法采用随机方法将96例寻常痤疮患者分为2组,试验组应用红蓝光联合多磺酸黏多糖乳膏,对照组仅用红蓝光。疗程均为6周。观察2组患者的治疗效果和不良反应。结果试验组有效率88.24%,对照组有效率71.11%,试验组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组均未见明显不良反应发生。结论红蓝光联合多磺酸黏多糖乳膏治疗寻常痤疮临床疗效确切,安全性高。

Objective In order to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of red and blue light combind with hirudoid cream in the treatment of mild and moderate acne vulgaris. Methods Ninety-six patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into 2 groups. The patients in experimental group were given red and blue light combind with hirudoid cream while the control group was treated with red and blue light only. All patients were received treatment for 6 weeks. The efficiency and adverse effects were evaluated after the treatment. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 88.24%, the effective rate of the control group was 71.11%, and the difference between the two groups was significant proved by chi-square test（P〈0.05）.No adverse reactions were observed in two groups. Conclusion Red and blue light combind with hirudoid cream is effective and safe in treating acne vulgaris.
