人表皮生长因子受体-2和Ki-67及雌孕激素受体在男性乳腺癌中的表达及意义 被引量:8

Expressions and clinical significances of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2,Ki-67,estrogen receptor and progesternoe receptor in male patients with breast cancer

摘要 目的探讨人表皮生长因子受体-2(human epidermal-growth-factor receptor 2,HER-2)、Ki-67及雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)、孕激素受体(progesternoe receptor,PR)在男性乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法 20例男性乳腺癌患者手术切除乳腺癌组织,采用免疫组织化学法检测ER、PR、HER-2及Ki-67表达情况,分析HER-2及Ki-67阳性表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。结果乳腺癌组织ER、PR阳性率为90%、75%,Ki-67、HER-2阳性率为75%、25%;不同年龄患者乳腺癌组织中HER-2、Ki-67表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);HER-2表达在病理分型、有无淋巴结转移、TNM分期以及ER、PR阳性表达上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ki-67阳性表达率在不同病理类型、肿块直径、是否有淋巴结及TNM分期上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在ER、PR阳性表达上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ER、PR、HER-2、Ki-67对男性乳腺癌的诊断、治疗及预后评估有重要价值。 Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significances of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER-2),Ki-67,estrogen receptor(ER)and progesternoe receptor(PR)in male patients with breast cancer.Methods The expressions of ER,PR,HER-2 and Ki-67 were detected in the resected cancer tissue from 20 male patients with breast cancer by immunohistochemistry method to analyze the their correlation with the clinical pathological characteristics of breast cancer.Results The positive rates of ER,PR,Ki-67 and HER-2 were 90%,75%,75% and25% respectively.There were no significant differences in HER-2 and Ki-67 in different ages(P〉0.05).HER-2 expression differed significantly between lymph node metastasis and not,in different pathological types and TNM stages,and between the positive and negative expressions of ER and PR(P〈0.05).Ki-67 expression differed significantly in different pathological types,the tumor sizes and TNM stages,and between lymph node metastasis and not(P〈0.05),and showed no significant differences between the positive and negative expressions of ER and PR(P〉0.05).Conclusion ER,PR,HER-2 and Ki-67 have great values to the diagnosis,treatment and prediction of prognosis for male breast cancer patients.
