摘要
为进一步推进"医养结合"落地,要通过多途径改善专业人才缺乏,提高养老服务能力,破解"医养结合"发展瓶颈;医养并重,推进长期照护保险,破解"医养结合"资金难题;打破狭隘观念制约,针对目标客户群,采取个性化"医养结合"模式;打破部门壁垒,协同推进,实现医养结合的可持续发展。
To further promote Medical-Nursing combined care mode, we need to improve the lack of professional talents and the ability of aging service, establish long-term care insurance, take personalized Medical-Nursing combined care mode, coordinate government departments.
