“CIS”在高职院校工科实训中心内涵建设中的应用

摘要 在许多高职院校中,工科实训中心的硬件建设发展迅速,设备数量、先进性都得到长足的进步。但实训中心的内涵建设却相对滞后,一定程度上影响了高职人才的培养质量。通过引入企业识别系统"CIS",使企业文化与校园文化深度融合,将视觉识别(VI)与行为识别(BI)应用于实训中心的内涵建设,营造浓郁的职业氛围,对学生职业素养的形成起到潜移默化的作用。 In many higher vocational colleges, the hardware construction of engineering training center has being developed rapidly, the equipment quantity and progressiveness all have got great progress. But the connotation construction of such training center is lagging relatively, and, in a sense, it has affected the quality of higher vocational education personnel training. Introducing Corporate Identity System (namely "CIS" ) to the connotation construction can make corporate culture and campus culture integrate deeply; applying Visual Identity System (namely "VI" ) and Behavior Identity System (namely "BI" ) to the connotation construction can create a strong professional atmosphere. So, in the connotation construction of engineering training center, "CIS" can play an imperceptibly role in the formation of students'professional accomplishment.
