摘要
自噬在调控缺血性脑卒中后小胶质细胞活化及其介导的炎症反应中发挥重要作用。缺血性脑卒中后,小胶质细胞自噬与其介导神经炎症的相互作用具体调节机制十分复杂,涉及众多分子参与。小胶质细胞活化的受体及其相关物质可能是参与调控小胶质细胞自噬的潜在机制。自噬抑制剂和小胶质细胞受体靶向治疗可能会为临床治疗缺血性脑卒中提供新策略。本文就缺血性脑卒中后小胶质细胞自噬的相关研究进展进行综述。
Autophagy plays an important role in the regulation of activation and inflammation of microglia after ischemic stroke. The interaction between autophagy of microglia and the inflammation mediated by microglia after ischemic stroke was complex and a large number of molecules were involved. The receptors of microglia activation and related substances may be possible mechanism in the regulation of microglia autophagy. Autophagy inhibitors and microglia receptor targeting therapy may provide new strategies for the clinical treatment of ischemic stroke. This paper summarized the progress of microglia autophagy after ischemic stroke.
