摘要
为改善‘早佳’梨与砧木的亲和性,提高其对枝干轮纹病与腐烂病的抵抗性,2009年采用豆梨(Pyrus calleryana Decne)为砧木,进行嫁接‘早佳’梨育苗试验。结果表明,经过移栽、密度为16株/m2的豆梨苗播种当年苗高可达到1.52 m,根颈部直径达到1.2 cm,全部达到嫁接要求;春季采用蜡封接穗进行切腹接,嫁接成活率为97.11%,嫁接当年年底苗高1.76 m,根颈部直径达到1.72 cm,全部达到出圃标准。
To improve the compatibility of 'Zaojia' pear and rootstock, and improve its resistance to stems ring spot and rotdisease, the breeding experiments of 'Zaojia' pear grafted on the Pyrus calleryana Decne were carried out in 2009. The experimental results showed that the saplingsunder transplanted density of 16 plants per m^2 satisfied the grafting requirements with height and root neckdiameter of 1.52 m and 1.2 cm respectively.The graft survival rate was 97.11% by side frafting with wax sealing method in spring. They were up tocultivation standard with the nature of 1.76 m average height and 1.72 cm average root neck diameter by year's end.
