使用者行为与城市社区公园管理探究——以上海市颐景园为例

Study on the relation between user behavior and city community park management——A case study of the Yijing Garden in Baoshandistrict, Shanghai

近20年中国以惊人的速度在发展,城市化进程加快,人们的生活水平和生活方式都发生了很大改变。人们与城市社区公园的联系越来越紧密,城市社区公园的管理应建立在对当今社会问题和市民心态进行敏锐分析的基础上。因此,研究使用者的行为与城市社区公园管理的关系,创造真正满足市民需要的社区公园环境,是时代对管理者的要求。文章对当下人们如何使用社区公园,什么样的公园管理带来的公园环境更具吸引力,管理者该如何改进管理方式,做出何种管理决策以满足使用者的需求进行初步研究。

In the last two decades, China witnessed great development with urbanization process accelerated, and thestandard of living and lifestyle of citizen also underwent great change. The link between community park and citizenis strengthening daily, hence the management of community park should be based on the precise analysis of citizenmindedness and social trend. It is urgent for garden manager to investigate the close relation between user behavior and citycommunity park management to meet the real environment need of citizens for community garden. At present, how peopleuse community garden, which type of garden administration is more attracting for citizen, how garden managers improvetheir performance and make management decision to meet the users demand？ This article is a case study of such problemsbased on data from Yijing Garden in Baoshan district, Shanghai.
