摘要 高校导生制的实施有效解决了高等教育大众化带来的师生比例失调问题,满足了90后大学生对个性化教育的需求,适应了学分制改革的趋势。实践证明,及时有效的工作激励不仅是对导生工作成绩的肯定,更能充分调动导生工作积极性、创造性,有利于建设一支思想政治素质过硬、专业技能扎实、组织管理能力强的导生队伍,有利于推动高校导生制工作的良性发展,创新高校学生事务管理工作模式。 The implementation of the monitorial system in colleges not only effectively solves the problem of the ratio unbalance between teachers and students which is caused by the popularization of the high education, but also satisfies the needs of the youths for the personalized education and adapts to the trend of the credit system reform. Practice has proven that the timely and effective incentive system not only affirms the advantages of the monitorial system, but also arouses the enthusiasm and creativity of the monitors, which helps to build a monitorial team with great ideological and political quality, solid professional skills, and excellent organization and management ability. It will definitely promote the development of the monitorial system and create new mode of student management in colleges.
