摘要
我国职业院校在学习德国"双元制"教育模式过程中做了大量卓有成效的尝试,尚存在传统理念制约"双元"培养健康发展、缺少相关法规制度保障、"双师型"师资不足等问题。苏州健雄职业技术学院在深入研究德国"双元制"教育内涵的基础上因地制宜、活学活用,并不断丰富其层次与内涵,形成了符合自身特点的"定岗双元"人才培养模式,"健雄联合研究院"模式、"太仓市企业研究生工作联盟"模式等逐步将"双元培养"拓展到本科生及研究生层次,在"双元制"本土化创新的道路上越走越好,培养出了符合区域经济社会发展要求的高层次应用型人才。
The vocational colleges in our country have made a lot of fruitful attempts during the learning of German "Dual System" education mode. However, there are still some problems; for example, the traditional concept restricts the healthy development of dual cultivation mode, the related laws and regulations are not enough, and the teaching faculty with "double competence" is insufficient. Based on the in-depth research of the educational connotation of German "Dual System", Suzhou Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology acts according to the circumstances and continuously enriches its levels and connotation to form the fixed post dual talent cultivation mode, "Chien-Shiung United Research Institute" mode and "'Taicang Graduate Student Union" mode etc with its own features. It gradually extends dual cultivation to the undergraduate and graduate level and makes progress in the localization and innovation of the "Dual System". The institute has cultivated high- level application-oriented talents who are adapted to the requirements of regional economic and social development.
