精神病患者护理人员职业人文素养研究的元分析

The Meta Analysis of Professional Humanistic Quality of Psychiatric Nurses

现代医学模式的转变吸引了各界对医务工作者人文精神的关注,特别是对人文需求强烈的精神病患者的护理人员提出了较高要求。运用2005—2016年的研究成果,从关注度、论文发表年份、数据库来源、研究主题等4个维度对精神病患者护理人员职业人文素养研究比较与分析发现,存在对精神病患者护理人员职业人文素养的关注度不够、现有研究水平不高、理论研究较少、人文素养培育途径不够完善等问题。

The change of modern medical pattern has attracted the attention of medical workers on humanistic spirit. In particular, it puts forward higher requirements on psychiatric nurses. By using the research results from 2005 to 2016, this paper compares and analyzes the professional humanistic quality of psych^atric nurses from the four dimensions： the degree of concern, the year of publication, the source database and the research topics. It finds that there are still some problems existing, for instance, the attention to the professional humanistic quality of psychiatric nurses are not enough, the current research level is not high, the theoretical researches are insufficient, and the humanistic quality cultivation approaches are not perfect.
