摘要 教科研是促进学校改革和发展的必由之路,教师的专业成长是影响学校可持续发展的直接因素。淮安生物工程高等职业学校以教科研为抓手,采取多种举措引导、鼓励教师走教学与科研相结合的道路,在推动教师专业化成长的同时,为学校教学质量的提高提供了保障。 Education and scientific research is the only way to promote the school's reform and development, while the teachers' professional development directly influences the sustainable development of the school. Huai'an Bioengineering Higher Vocational School takes education and scientific research as the starting point and takes a variety of measures to guide and encourage the teachers to combine the teaching and scientific research. In this way, it promotes the teachers' professional development and provides a guarantee to enhance the teaching quality.
