摘要
目的:研究吴茱萸生物碱含药血清的抗菌活性。方法:以Dimonsil C18(2)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为固定相,水-甲醇-乙腈(42∶20∶38)为流动相,流速为1 m L/min,在波长为240 nm时,用HPLC法对血清中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱进行定量;并用比浊法测定吴茱萸生物碱含药血清对8种临床常见病原菌的抑菌作用。结果:吴茱萸生物碱含药血清对伤寒杆菌(MICEV为0.4329μg/m L,MICRU为0.3784μg/m L)、甲型副甲伤寒杆菌(MICEV为1.0824μg/m L,MICRU为0.9465μg/m L)、痢疾志贺菌(MICEV为2.1645μg/m L,MICRU为1.8921μg/m L)和福氏痢疾杆菌有抑菌(MICEV为1.0824μg/m L,MICRU为0.9465μg/m L)作用。结论:吴茱萸生物碱含药血清对伤寒杆菌、甲型副伤寒杆菌和福氏痢疾杆菌具有较好的抑菌作用。
Objective: To study the antibacterial activity of the serum containing evodia alkaloids in Evodia Rutaecarpa (Juss.). Methods: Evodiamine and rutaecarpine can be separated and determined on Diamonil C18(2) (150mm×4.6 mm, 5μm). The mobile phase consisted of water-methanol-acetonitrile(42:20:38). The flow rate was 1 mL/min.The monitoring wavelength was 240 nm. Antibacterial effect of the serum containing evodia alkaloids on eight kinds of common clinical athogenic bacteria was detemined. Results: The results showed that the serum con- taining evodia alkaloids effects on Salmonella typhi (MICEV: 0.4329 μg/mL, MICRU: 0.3784 μg/mL), Salmonella paratyphi A (MICEV: 1.0824μg/mL,MICRU: 0.9465 μg/mL), Shigella dysenteriae(MICEV: 2.1645 μg/mL, MICRU: 1.8921 μg/mL) and Shigella flexneri (MICEV: 1.0824 μg/mL,MICRU: 0.9465 μg/mL). Conclusion: Antibacterial effect of the serum containing evodia alkaloids on Salmonella typhi, Salmonella paratyphi A and Shigella flexneri was good.
