“足底操”下肢替代穴位护理对早期糖尿病足患者的辅助疗效观察

Effect of "foot exercise" on Early Diabetic Foot

目的:观察"足底操"下肢替代穴位护理辅助对早期糖尿病足患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例早期糖尿病足患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,两组均接收控制血糖、每天洗足、正确修剪趾甲、修除胼胝等糖尿病足常规护理和治疗;治疗组在此基础上在固定人员协助下接收"足底操"护理,治疗4周后评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组相比显效率和总有效率均有提高(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后总压力、总冲量、局部压力和局部冲量比治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。。结论:在综合治疗的基础上配合使用"足底操"下肢替代穴位护理对早期糖尿病足具有较好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of foot exercise in the treatment of patients with early diabetic foot. Methods： The 60 patients with early diabetic foot were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group, two groups received diabetic foot conventional nursing and treatments including control of blood glucose, washing feet, trimming nails, repairing the corpus callosum; the treatment group received ＂foot exercise＂ nursing. Clinical efficacy was evaluated after 4 weeks of treatment. Results： The efficiency and total effeetive rate of the control group were significantly increased compared with the treatment group （P〈0.05）; after treatment, total pressure, total impulse, local stress and local impulse of treatment group were significantly decreased than before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The comprehensive treatment eombined with the use of ＂foot exercise＂ has a good curative effect on early diabetic foot.
