随着我国老年人口的逐年增加,我国已经步入了老龄化阶段,老年人的健康问题成为千家万户的首要问题,本文采用系统随机抽样的方式,通过医学研究生利用志愿服务对部分社区老年人日常生活行为习惯及精神状态进行问卷调查和深入访谈,通过统计学分析,为社区老年人采取针对性的健康教育提供依据,更为今后的研究生志愿服务提供启示。
