朋辈心理互助对大学生心理健康及社会支持的影响——以安徽中医药大学为例

A Pilot Study on Effect of Peer-counseling on Mental Health and Social Support of College Students——Taking Anhui University of Chinese Medicine as an Example

目的:探讨朋辈心理互助活动对大学生心理健康及社会支持的影响。方法:以整群随机抽样的方式,抽取安徽中医药大学6个班级(298人)作为实验组,实施朋辈心理互助模式;6个班级(357人)作为对照组,仅开展常规心理活动。结果:实验组男生在SCL-90总分,强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执因子分上显著低于对照组男生(P<0.01~P<0.05);实验组男生在社会支持总分、客观支持、主观支持得分显著高于对照组男生(P<0.05)。女生在心理健康和社会支持上实验组与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:朋辈心理互助能够提升大学生的心理健康和社会支持,男生的效果显著,其具体方案还需进一步的补充和完善。

Objective： To explore the effect of peer-counseling on mental health and social support ot college students. Methods： By cluster random sampling, six classes （298 college students） used of peer- counseling, as the experimental group and six classes （357 college students） as the control group used of regulai psychological activities only in Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine. Results： Males of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group in SCL-90 total score, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, terror, paranoid factor （P〈0.01-P〈0.05） and males in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group in the total score of social support, objective support, subjective support score （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between females of the experimental group and the control group in the mental health and social support （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Peer-counseling can improve the mental health and social support of male college students, and the concrete scheme need further supplement and improvement.
