摘要 在绩效工资改革中,工作量绩效奖励、超工作量、教学与科研工作量计算等问题引人关注。绩效工资分配存在的主要难点在于如何兼顾过程与目标激励、如何平衡教学与科研、如何协调基础课与专业课。高校绩效评价应结合岗位要求和过程表现综合考虑,并根据学科特点调整相应比例,真正体现高校分级分类管理的收入分配导向,通过采用综合过程评价和岗位考核的过渡方案、明确不同岗位的教学和科研基本工作量、制定统一的教学工作量计算办法等,实现高校绩效工资二次分配的科学性、公平性、合理性。 In the reform of performance pay, performance reward, over-workload, calculation of teaching and research workload is o[ concern. The main difficulty lies in how to balance the process and target incentive, how to balance the teaching and research,, how to coordinate the foundation and professional courses. Colleges' performance evaluation should be considered job responsibility and process performance, and adjust the scale according to subject characteristics, embodying income distribution oriented of classification management of colleges. By adopting a transition program integrating process and job evaluation, defining the teaching and research workload in different job, formulating unified teaching workload calculation method, realize the scientific, fair and reasonable of secondary allocation of performance pay in colleges.
