党的十八大以来,"中国梦"一词已成为十三亿多人民共同的理想和目标[1]。青年强则国强,青年立则国立,祖国的未来需要有志青年去奋斗,去创造。作为高校的大学生,特别是学生干部,在先进的教育资源和舒适的社会环境下,更应该清醒的认识到身上肩负的重大使命和责任,不仅是在校期间学校和学生之间的连接者,更是快速提升自我修养和能力,投身于实现祖国伟大复兴,成为祖国未来栋梁人才的继承者。站在新起点、新高度,学生干部的选拔和培养更要以党员的身份严格要求,讲政治,有信念;讲规矩,有纪律;讲道德,有品行;讲奉献,有作为[2],把高校学生干部队伍人才的选拔和培养做实、做好。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC）, the term ＂Chinese Dream＂ has become the common ideals and goals of 1.3 billion people. Strong youth entails strong country, the motherland＇s future needs the young people to struggle, to create. As college students, especially student cadres, in advanced educational resources and comfortable social environment, should be more clearly aware of the important mission and responsibility, not only during the school and the link between the students, it is a rapid upgrade self-cultivation and ability to join in the realization of the great rejuvenation of the motherland, the future pillars of the motherland＇s successor. From the new starting point and the new height, the selection and training of student cadres should be strict with the requirements of party members. They should be political, faithful, disciplined, moral, virtuous, and dedicated. The college student cadre talent team selection and training do real, do a good job.
