Since the launch of reform and opening-up, China＇s comprehensive national strength has continued to grow, as a result it enjoys an increasingly higher status and influence in global affairs. However,the weaknesses in China＇s diplomatic discourse are also growing salient.
As China enjoys an increasingly higher status and influence in global affairs, it is important that China deepen its diplomatic discourse with Chinese characteristics and strengthen the construction of the system for conducting its diplomatic discourse.
