摘要
绩效考核管理在深化国有企业改革中发挥着不可替代的作用,它不仅对员工的自身发展意义深远,更与企业的长远发展和目标规划息息相关。以中外人力资源管理研究成果为基础,选取ZT公司为调查对象,运用AHP与SMART原则相结合的方法对该公司在绩效考核中所遇见的问题进行调查与分析,并针对性地提出相应的改善措施,为ZT公司的绩效管理的改进与优化提供参考与借鉴。
Performance appraisal management plays an irreplaceable role in deepening the reform of state-owned enter- prises. It not only has far-reaching significance for employees' self-development, but also closely relates to the long-term de- velopment and goal planning of enterprises. Based on the research achievements of Chinese and foreign human resources management, this paper selects ZT Corporation as the investigation object, and uses the method of AHP and SMART princi- ple to investigate and analyze the problems encountered by the company in the performance appraisal, and put forward the corresponding measures for ZT's performance management to improve and optimize the reference.
