摘要
"对分课堂"是国内学者新近提出的一种教学模式,它有效地将传统的教授式课堂和讨论式课堂的优点相结合,强化学生课堂参与。"对分课堂"教学模式下,教师不仅是课堂的讲授者,更是课堂的管理者。从管理学原理出发分析"对分课堂"教学模式,揭示其使得课堂组织更具有科学性、课堂教学效果显著提高的机理。
PAD Class is' the latest classroom teaching model proposed by domestic scholars, which effectively combines the advantages of traditional classroom and discussion-based classroom. Teachers are not only lecturers, but also classroom managers in PAD class. This paper analyzes PAD class in the aspect of the principle of management and reveals the fact that it can make the classroom organization more scientific and significantly improve the teaching effect in PAD classroom.
