“通透”一词的历史演变及其词汇化过程

On the Historical Evolution of “Transparency” and Its Lexicalization Process

"通"和"透"在唐以前分别是两个单音节词,到中唐时才作为并列短语"通透"出现在文献中,晚唐趋向成词,宋使用的频率加大,宋以后得到了发展。从短语的粘合到词汇化的过程中有语音、语义上的契机。运用词汇化的理论,历时性考察和梳理"通透"一词的历史演变及词汇化的过程。

＂Tong＂ and ＂Tou＂ were two monosyllabic words before the Tang dynasty, and they appeared in the litera- ture as the parallel phrases in the middle Tang dynasty. In the late Tang dynasty, it became more and more frequent, and developed after the Song Dynasty. From the bending of phrases to the process of lexicalization, there are phonological and semantic opportunities. This paper uses the theory of lexicalization to study and sort out the historical evolution and lexical- ization of the term ＂transparency＂ from the diachronie perspective.
