中医药对食管癌患者化疗毒副反应及生活质量的影响

The influence of Chinese medicine on the side effects of chemotherapy and quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer

目的分析中医药对食管癌患者化疗毒副反应及生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2014年3月至2015年3月收治的130例食管癌患者的病历资料,将130例食管癌患者按治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,各65例。两组患者都运用化疗方案,观察组患者加用中医药治疗,两组患者均进行两个周期的治疗,对患者的临床疗效进行比较,并观察两组患者毒副反应及生活质量情况。结果两组患者的临床疗效比较,无显著差异(χ~2=1.14,P>0.05);观察组患者毒副反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.214,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后生活质量评分明显高于对照组(t=38.44,P<0.05)。结论中医药联合化疗治疗食管癌患者,不仅可以降低患者化疗毒副反应,同时也能提高患者生活质量,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To study the effect of Chinese medicine on the side effects of chemotherapy and quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods Retrospectively analyze 130 cases of esophageal cancer patients in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 and 130 cases of esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 65 cases in each group. Both of the two group were given chemotherapy, otherwise, the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The patients in two groups were treated with two cycles, the clinical efficacy of the patients were compared and analyzed, and the adverse reactions and quality of life in two groups were compared. Results The comparison of clinical efficacy of the two groups had no significant difference （χ2=1.235, P〉0.05）; The incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group （χ2=10.214, P〈0.05）. After treatment, the quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （χ2=38.44, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy for esophageal cancer patients not only can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, but also improve the quality of life of patients, which has a high clinical application value.
