超声诊断新生儿肾上腺血肿的实用性研究

Research the practicability of ultrasound diagnosis in neonatal adrenal hematoma

目的探讨超声检查在新生儿肾上腺血肿疾病诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析从2010年接诊并确诊为肾上腺血肿的新生儿临床资料包括胎位、Apgar评分、产式、孕周、临床指标、母亲孕期孕检情况、超声诊断、治疗方法及转归。结果所有的16例病例均经过经腹部超声检查确诊为肾上腺血肿,发生在左侧有2例,发生在右侧有14例,3例同时合并有同侧阴囊肿胀青紫。结论超声因无创、便捷、可反复多次进行,对新生儿肾上腺血肿检查及转归随访有很好的实用性。

Objective To explore the value of ultrasound diagnosis in neonatal adrenal hematoma. Methods The clinical datas of newborn infants who were diagnosed with adrenal hematoma from 2010 were reviewed retrospectively, including fetal position, Apgar score, labor presentation, gestational age, clinical index, pregnant testing, ultrasound diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Results All of 16 cases were diagnosed with adrenal hematoma with abdominal ultrasound, 2 cases occurred on the left side, 14 cases on the right side, 3 cases complicated scrotal swelling with bluish discoloration. Conclusion Uhrasonography is non-invasive, convenient and repeated, which has good practicality in examining and judging prognosis of neonatal adrenal hemorrhage.
