人工按压和机械按压在心肺复苏中的效果对比 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过比较人工按压和机械按压的效果,探讨心肺复苏机在院前急救中抢救心跳呼吸骤停患者的可行性。方法选择40位经培训的医务人员分别在培训室、搬运途中对安妮Guidelines型号模拟人(简称模拟人)进行2 min及以上按压与威尔(WELL)MCC100心肺复苏机(简称心肺复苏机)按压质量进行比较。结果无论是在培训室还是在移动的救护车上,心肺复苏机在2 min以上按压的质量都明显高于人工按压,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心肺复苏机在院前急救转运过程中对模拟人按压效果明显高于医务人员,中断时间小于10 s,符合AHA复苏指南规定,值得在院前急救工作中推广。
