优质护理在疝气手术患者中的护理效果观察

The nursing effect of high quality nursing on patients with hernia surgery

目的观察优质护理在疝气手术患者中应用的护理效果。方法选取我院2014年4月至2016年9月收治的实行疝气手术的80例患者作为本次研究的对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者给予常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理措施基础上给予优质护理干预,观察两组患者并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果患者治疗后的并发症主要有出血、恶心呕吐、阴囊血肿、肺部感染等,观察组术后并发症发生率为5.00%,显著低于对照组患者的50.00%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为97.50%(39/40),明显高于对照组患者的75.00%(30/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用在疝气手术患者的护理中效果显著,降低了并发症的发生率,提高了护理满意度,此护理模式可在临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the nursing effect of high quality nursing in hernia surgery patients. Methods Eighty cases of hernia surgery patients from April 2014 to September 2016 in our hospital were selected as research objects. All the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group received high quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results The main complications were hemorrhage, nausea and vomiting, scrotum hematoma, pulmonary infection and so on, the incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.00%, which was lower than 50.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing effect of high quality nursing in hernia surgery patients is remarkable, which can reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction. The nursing mode can be widely used in clinic.
