产后饮食指导对母乳喂养成功率的影响分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探究产后饮食护理对母乳喂养成功几率的影响。方法择取我院收治的200例产妇为研究对象,随机将其分为试验组与对照组,每组100例。对照组接受常规护理干预,试验组接受产后饮食护理干预,对比两组产妇产后7、28 d母乳喂养的成功率和乳房情况。结果试验组产妇产后7 d母乳喂养成功率为99.00%(99例)、28 d成功率为98.00%(98例),分别高于对照组的89.00%(89例)、85.00%(85例),两组母乳喂养成功率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组产妇产后出现的奶水少、肿胀、乳腺炎、乳头皲裂等乳房问题明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用饮食护理干预能够有效增加母乳喂养的成功几率,保障母体和婴儿的安全健康,可广泛应用于临床护理中。 Objective To explore the impact of postpartum dietary nursing on breasffeeding success rate. Methods Two hundred cases of parturients admitted in our hospital were selected, and randomly divided into experimenta] group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group received postpartum dietary nursing intervention. The success rate of breastfeeding at 7 days and 28 days after giving birth and the postoperative condition of breasts of two groups were compared. Results The success rate of breastfeeding in the experimental group were 99.0%(99 cases) at 7 days after giving birth, and 98.0%(98 cases) at 28 days after giving birth, both higher than 89.0%(89 cases) at 7 days after giving birth, and 85.0%(85 cases) at 28 days giving birth in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). The incidence of shortage of breast milk, swelling, mastitis, cracked nipple and other breast problems occurred on parturients in the experimental group were significantly fewer than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Postpartum dietary nursing intervention can effectively increase the success rate of breasffeeding, and improve safety and health of the mother and the baby, which can be widely used in clinical care process.
