摘要
目的探析饮食护理干预对放疗食道癌患者营养状况的影响。方法选取2014年2月至2015年2月我院收治的236例进行放疗治疗的食道癌患者为研究对象,以入院时间先后分为对照组和观察组(118例/组)。对照组患者给予基础治疗护理,观察组患者在基础护理基础上实施饮食干预,观察两组患者的血清白蛋白、血红蛋白含量以及淋巴细胞计数,评判患者的营养状况。结果护理后,观察组患者的血清白蛋白、血红蛋白含量及淋巴细胞计数均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者营养不良发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论饮食护理干预可以有效改善放疗食道癌患者的营养状况,降低营养不良发生率。
Objective To study the effect of diet nursing intervention on nutritional status of esophageal cancer patients treated with radiotherapy. Methods Two hundred and thirty-six cases of esophageal cancer patients treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February were selected as research subjects, and divided into control group and observation group according to admission, with 118 cases in each group. The control group was given basic treatment and nursing care, while the observation group was given implementation of diet intervention on the basis of the control group. The serum albumin, hemoglobin content and lymphocytes count were observed to value patients" nutritional status in the two groups. Results The serum albumin, hemoglobin and lymphocyte count of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05). The incidence rate of malnutrition in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Diet nursing intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status of esophageal cancer patients with radiotherapy, and reduce the incidence of malnutrition.
