分层分组管理模式在优质护理管理中的临床效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨分层分组管理模式在优质护理管理中的临床效果。方法我院2012年1月至2012年12月采用常规护理管理模式,2015年1月至2015年12月实施分层分组管理模式,比较采取不同护理模式下我院护理差错发生率、投诉率。结果实施分层分组管理模式前护理差错率为15.3%(56/367),投诉率为10.9%(40/367),实施分层分组管理模式后护理差错率为9.6%(42/438),投诉率为4.8%(21/438)。实施分层管理模式后的护理差错率、投诉率均明显低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层分组管理模式可有效提高护理质量,推动优质护理服务的开展,降低护理差错发生率和投诉率。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hierarchical grouping management model in the management of high quality nursing. Methods The conventional nursing management model was carried out in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012, and the hierarchical grouping management model was carried out in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015, the nursing error rate and complaint rate of two nursing models were compared. Results Before implementation of hierarchical grouping management, the nursing error rate was 15.3% (56/367), the complaint rate was 10.9% (40/367); after implementation of hierarchical grouping management, the nursing error rate was 9.6% (42/438), the complaint rate was 4.8% (21/438). The nursing error rate and complaint rate after the implementation of hierarchical grouping management model were significantly lower than those before the implementation, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The hierarchical grouping management model can effectively improve the quality of nursing, promote the development of high quality nursing and reduce the nursing error rate and complaint rate.
