前列腺素受体亚型FP-V2与早孕药物流产结局的分析

Analysis of prostaglandin receptor subtype FP-V2 and drug abortion outcome in early pregnancy

目的比较FP、FP-V1和FP-V2在完全流产患者与不完全流产患者早孕蜕膜中m RNA的表达差异。方法选取2013年6月~2015年3月辽宁省计划生育科研院门诊主动要求药物流产终止正常妊娠的50例患者作为研究对象,根据流产是否完全分为完全组(30例)和不完全组(20例)。采用实时定量PCR方法检测两组早孕蜕膜中FP、FP-V1和FP-V2的表达差异。结果不完全组早孕蜕膜中的FP和FP-V2的m RNA表达显著高于完全组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的FP-V1表达比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人早孕蜕膜FP-V2 m RNA高表达可能与不完全流产相关。

Objective To compare of m RNA expression difference of FP,FP-V1 and FP-V2 in patients with complete abortion and incomplete abortion in early pregnancy deciduas.Methods 50 patients initiatived to require drug abortion termination of normal pregnancy from June 2013 to March 2015 in Liaoning Province Family Planning Research Institute Outpatient were selected as the research objecets,all patients were divided into the complete group（n=30） and the incomplete group（n=20） according to whether complete abortion.The expression difference of FP,FP-V1 and FP-V2 of early pregnancy decidua in the two groups were detected by real-time quantitative PCR.Results The MRNA expression of FP and FP-V2 in decidua in the incomplete group was higher than that in the complete group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the expression of FP-V1 in the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The higher expression of FP-V2 in human early pregnancy decidual may associated with incomplete abortion.
