股四头肌功能锻炼在COPD患者肺康复中的临床应用价值

Clinical application value quadriceps functional exercising in the pulmonary rehabilitation of patients with COPD

目的探讨股四头肌功能锻炼在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺康复中的临床应用效果。方法分析2015年1月~2016年8月我院收治的100例COPD患者临床资料,依据康复措施的不同进行分组,常规治疗组50例和股四头肌功能锻炼组50例。观察两组患者治疗前后血氧分压(PaO_2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)、6 min步行试验、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_1)、FEV_1/用力肺活量(FVC)及FEV_1占预计值的百分比(FEV_1%Pred)情况。结果两组患者治疗前PaO_2、PaCO_2、6 min步行试验、FEV_1、FEV_1/FVC、FEV_1%Pred比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。股四头肌功能锻炼组治疗后PaO_2、PaCO_2、6 min步行试验、FEV_1、FEV_1/FVC、FEV_1%Pred均优于常规治疗组,两组治疗后PaO_2、PaCO_2、6 min步行试验、FEV_1、FEV_1/FVC、FEV_1%Pred均优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论股四头肌功能锻炼在COPD患者肺康复中应用后,可以改善患者肺功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore clinical application effect of quadriceps functional exercising on the pulmonary rehabilitation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods clinical data of 100 patients with COPD in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2016 were analyzed,which were divided into conventional therapy group of 50 cases and quadriceps functional exercising group of 50 cases by different rehabilitation measures.PaO2,PaCO2,6 min walk test,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1%Pred of two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results PaO2,PaCO2,6 min walk test,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1%Pred before treatment between two groups had no difference（P〉0.05）.PaO2,PaCO2,6 min walk test,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1%Pred after treatment in the quadriceps functional exercising group was better than that in the conventional therapy group,PaO2,PaCO2,6 min walk test,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1% Pred after treatment was better than that before treatment in two groups,and the differences were statistical significance（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of quadriceps functional exercising in the pulmonary rehabilitation of patients with COPD could improve lung function of patients,it is worth to be used.
