补肾活血中药协定方在肾虚证不孕患者中的临床应用研究

Study on clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine contracting prescription for nourishing kidney and activating blood circulation in infertile patients with kidney deficiency syndrome

目的探讨补肾活血中药协定方在肾虚证不孕患者治疗中的临床效果。方法选取我科2013年2~10月的101例肾虚证型不孕患者(符合供精人工授精适应证)作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(54例)和中药组(47例)。对照组在自然状态下监测卵泡发育,中药组服用补肾活血中药协定方,比较两组的治疗效果。结果中药组的内膜厚度厚于对照组,E2、P水平高于对照组,卵泡数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组的周期妊娠率为29.8%,高于对照组的22.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用补肾活血中药协定方治疗肾虚型不孕症可明显改善卵巢功能,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of contracting prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing kidney and activating blood circulation in infertile patients with kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods 101 infertile patients with kidney deficiency syndrome,who were in line with the indication for artificial insemination and received treatment in our department from February to October in 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the control group（54 cases） and the traditional Chinese medicine group（47 cases）.The control group was detected follicular development in the natural state,The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with contracting prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing kidney and activating blood circulation.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The intima thickness of the traditional Chinese medicine group was thicker than that of the control group,the levels of E2 and P in the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that of control group,the number of follicles in the traditional Chinese medicine group was more than that in control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The cycle pregnancy rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 29.8%,which was higher than 22.2% of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of contracting prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing kidney and activating blood circulation in the treatment of infertility with kidney deficiency syndrome can significantly improve the ovarian function and the clinical efficacy is significant.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
