基层医院门诊药学服务与患者合理用药分析

Analysis of outpatient pharmacy service and rational drug use in primary hospital

目的探讨在基层医院门诊进行药学服务对提高患者合理用药水平的影响。方法选取2014年1月~2015年12月(未开展药学服务)以及2016年1~6月(开展药学服务)在本院门诊就诊且接受过调查的188例患者作为研究对象,分析两次调查结果,归纳在基层医院门诊进行药学服务对提高患者合理用药水平的影响。结果开展药学服务后的个人日常用药认知情况、抗生素使用认知情况、用药时间及用药量认知情况及其他用药知识认知情况评分均显著高于未开展前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在基层医院门诊开展药学服务可以显著提高人们对合理用药的认识。

Objective To explore the influence of pharmacy service in basic hospital outpatient service on improving the level of rational drug use.Methods 188 patients accepted investigation from January 2014 to December 2015（not carrying out pharmacy service） and from January to June in 2016（carrying out pharmacy service） in our hospital outpatient department were selected as the research object,the two survey results was analyzed,the influence of pharmacy service on improving the level of rational drug use of outpatients department in primary hospital was summarized.Results The score of cognition of daily drug use,the cognition of antibiotic use,the time of drug use and the cognition of drug consumption and other drug knowledge cognition after carrying out pharmacy service were higher than that before carrying out pharmacy service,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion To carry out pharmacy service in primary hospital outpatient department can significantly improve people′s understanding of rational drug use.
