基于循证护理预防俯卧位脊柱后路手术并发症的临床应用

Clinical application of evidence-based nursing on preventing of complicationg in patient with prone position spinal surgery

目的探讨循证护理在俯卧位全麻脊柱后路手术中的临床价值。方法选取本院2014年1月~2016年1月行俯卧位全麻脊柱手术患者192例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各96例,观察组进行循证护理,对照组采用常规护理,分析两组患者手术并发症的发生率及医师和患者满意率。结果观察组患者总并发症发生率为5.21%,明显低于常规护理组的28.13%(P<0.05);观察组患者、手术医师和麻醉医师满意度评价高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于循证护理可减低俯卧位脊柱手术后路患者并发症的发生率,利于手术者操作,提高手术的安全性。该法在手术室俯卧位脊柱手术中推广应用,能促进护理服务向科学化、个体化和人性化发展。

Objective To study the clinical application of evidence-based Nursing（EBN） on preventing of complicationg in patient with prone position spinal Surgerythe.Methods 192 patients for prone position spinal surgery from January2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,96 cases in each group.The control group was given routine decubitus preventive measures,while the observation group was given EBN decubitus prevention measures.Results The incidence rate of complication of observation group was 5.21%statistically lower than that of the control group（28.13%）（P〈0.05）;the satisfaction of patients,surgical doctor and anesthetist in the observation group were significantly higher those that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion EBN can decreased complicationg in patient with prone position spinal,and improve the safety of operation.EBN can promote the development of nursing service to the scientific,individual and humanized. Therefore,it is worth popularizing and applying.
