腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除患者的围术期护理研究

Laparoscopic resection in patients with uterine fibroids perioperative nursing experience

目的探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除患者的围术期护理措施。方法选取2014年8月~2016年8月在我院行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术的患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施围术期整体护理,对比两组手术时间、出血量、手术应激指标、术后并发症情况、住院天数。结果观察组手术时间、出血量与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组住院天数为(5.67±0.83)d,短于对照组的(8.18±1.04)d(P<0.05);观察组建立气腹后10 min心率、平均动脉压、血糖明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术结束时心率、平均动脉压、血糖明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为10.81%,低于对照组的35.14%(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者中实施围手术期整体护理能够减少手术应激,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of the perioperative period nursing in patients undergoing Laparoscopic uterine fibroids surgery.Methods 74 patients undergoing laparoscopic uterine fibroids surgery from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,37 cases in each group.the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given perioperative period holistic nursing.Results The operating time,amount of bleeding in observation group were compared with control group,there were no significantly differences（P〉0.05）;the hospitalization days were（5.67±0.83）d in observation group were less than those of control group（8.18±1.04） d（P〈0.05）;10 min after establishing pneumoperitoneum,the heart rate,mean arterial pressure,blood glucose in observation group were lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）;at the end of the surgery,the heart rate,mean arterial pressure,blood glucose in observation group were lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）;the complication rate in observation group was 10.81%,was lower than that of control group（35.14%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The perioperative period nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic uterine fibroids surgery can reduce the surgical stress,decrease the incidence of postoperative complications.
