舒适护理在腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术围术期的效果分析

Analysis of perioperative comfortable nursing in tension-free hernia repair for inguinal hernia surgery

目的探讨舒适护理对腹股沟斜疝无张力修补围术期护理质量的影响。方法选取2014年1月~2016年12月在我院行无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝患者100例作为研究对象,所有患者均给予相同的手段治疗,并采用便利抽样法将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例,对照组开展一般的围术期护理,观察组在一般护理的基础上开展舒适护理模式,对比两组患者的术前睡眠质量、伤口愈合情况、心率增加率、术前血压增高率、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组术前患者的心率增加率、血压增高率以及并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术前1 d有效睡眠率、术后伤口的愈合率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度为100%,对照组为86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在腹股沟斜疝无张力修补围术期采用舒适护理,可以明显提高患者的身、心理状态,提升护理满意度,提高护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in inguinal hernia with tension-free repair.Methods100 cases of inguinal hernia patients in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected as research objects,they were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine care,but patients in observation group were carried out comfortable nursing on the basis of routine nursing care.The sleep quality,wound healing,heart rate and blood pressure,complications and satisfaction on nursing of two groups were compared.Results The rate of heart rate increase,perioperative blood pressure increase rate and complication incidence of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.The perioperative sleep effective rate,the rate of wound healing of observation group respectively were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction of the observation group was 100%,while the control group was 86%,with the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The development of comfortable nursing mode can effectively improve the patient′s physical and mental with inguinal hernia with tension-free repair,and increase nursing satisfaction and quality of nursing.
