舒适护理在消化性溃疡患者中的应用

Application of comfortable nursing in patients with peptic ulcer

目的分析舒适护理在消化性溃疡患者中的应用效果,提出合理化护理建议。方法将2015年1~12月我院消化内科收治的120例消化性溃疡患者,根据随机数字表法分为试验组60例和对照组60例,对照组患者给予常规护理措施,试验组在常规护理的基础上给予舒适护理措施。观察两组患者的临床症状改善率、HP根除率、SAS评分及对护理质量满意度。结果试验组临床症状改善率、HP根除率(91.7%)显著高于对照组(66.7%)(P<0.05),试验组患者SAS评分显著下降,护理质量满意度得分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论舒适护理应用于消化性溃疡患者取得了良好的效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of comfort nursing in patients with peptic ulcer,and put forward reasonable nursing suggestion.Methods From January to December 2015,120 cases of peptic ulcer patients treated in our Department of Gastroenterology were divided into control group and experimental group by randon number table method,60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and patients in the experimental group were taken with comfortable nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom improvement rate,HP eradication rate,SAS score and satisfaction to nursing quality between two groups were were compared.Results The clinical symptom improvement rate,HP eradication rate was 91.7% in the experimental group,significantly higher than 66.7% in the control group（P〈0.05）.SAS scores and nursing quality satisfaction scores in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Comfortable nursing can help improve the efficacy in the treatment of peptic ulcer,and it is worthy of application.
