蛛网膜腔出血后脑组织氧自由基代谢的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨兔蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑组织氧自由基代谢的动态变化及意义。方法:24只新西兰大白兔随机分为假手术组(6只)和SAH组(18只),采用血管内穿刺法建立SAH模型,按观察时间点分为SAH第3天组(D3组)、第5天组(D5组)和第7天组(D7组),每组各6只,检测各组脑组织含水量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性。结果:与假手术组比较,SAH组各观察时间点脑组织含水量、MDA含量均有明显升高(P<0.05),T-SOD活性均有明显下降(P<0.05),D5组变化最为显著(P<0.01)。结论:兔SAH后脑组织脂质过氧化反应增强,氧自由基清除能力下降,自由基损伤可能是SAH后脑水肿形成的重要病理机制。 Objective:To investigate the dynamical changes and significance of oxygen free radical metabolism in brain tissues after the experimental subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) in rabbits.Method:24 white rabbits of New Zealand were randomly divided into sham operation group of 6 rabbits and SAH group of 18 rabbits. Rabbits model of SAH were made by endovascular puncturing,according to the observation time points they were divided into SAH third days group (group D3), fifth days group (group D5) and seventh days group (group D7),&amp;nbsp;each group of 6 rabbits.The water content, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, and activity of total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) of the brain tissues were measured in all groups.Result:Compared with the sham operated group,the SAH group’s water content and MDA content increased significantly,T-SOD activity decreased significantly(P〈0.05).Furthermore,all the changes were most significantly in fifth days group after SAH (P〈0.01).Conclusion:There is an enhancement of lipid peroxidation and lower oxygen free radical scavenging ability after SAH.Free radical injury maybe the main pathomechanism of brain edema after SAH.
