品管圈降低TURP术后膀胱痉挛的发生率的临床实践

目的:探讨运用品管圈工具对降低TURP术后膀胱痉挛发生率的效果。方法:开展品管圈活动,根据品管圈的十大步骤对TURP术后膀胱痉挛的现状、原因进行调查分析,并拟定对策,实施后进行效果评价。结果:TURP术后膀胱痉挛的发生率由改善前的64.71%降为改善后的26.00%,膀胱痉挛的程度也有所下降,护士的各项隐性能力得到了有效提高。结论:将品管圈应用到临床工作中,有效地改善了TURP术后膀胱痉挛的发生,减轻了患者痛苦,顺应了创建无痛病房的要求。

Objective：To discuss the effect of incidence rate with cystospasm after transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP） can be reduced by quality control circle（QCC） instrument.Method：Developing the quality control circle,current situations and causes of cystospasm after TURP were investigated and analyzed according to the ten steps of the quality control circle,then solutions were proposed and effects were evaluated. Result：The incidence rate of cystospasm after TURP was reduced from 64.71% to 26.00%.The degree of cystospasm was declined and latent abilities of nurses were improved.Conclusion：Quality control circle activities improve the cystospasm after TURP considerably,ease the pain of patients greatly, which conform fully of the demand of painless wards.
