摘要
目的:调查了解护理本科生实习前心理健康状况及影响因素,探索其提升途径和对策。方法:以本院2012级护理本科学生共216名为研究对象,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和自行编制的个人基本信息量表进行调查分析学生在临床实习前的心理健康状况,影响因素采用多元逐步回归分析。结果:护理本科生临床实习前焦虑和抑郁自评量表得分分别为(34.84±6.56)分和(35.53±6.77)分,与非实习前调查得分(28.73±5.94)分和(28.94±5.91)分相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。相关因素回归分析中,家庭经济状况影响最大,其次为在校综合成绩。结论:护理本科生实习前心理健康不佳,家庭经济状况、在校综合成绩和身体健康状况与护理本科生实习前心理健康状况有关。临床护理教育工作者应加强对实习前护理本科生的心理健康关注度,积极探索提升对策,为护生顺利进入生产实习做好心理准备。
Objective: To investigate the mental health status and the influencing factors of nursing undergraduates before clinical practice, and to explore the ways and strategies to improve their health.Method: For all 216 nursing undergraduates of grade 2012 were investigated mental health status and influencing factors before their internship through self-administered questionnaires, SAS and SDS, the multiple stepwise regression analysis was used to test the results of influencing factors.Result: The scores of anxiety and depression level of nursing undergraduates before clinical practice were respectively ( 34.84±6.56 ) scores and ( 35.53 ±6.77 ) scores poorer than the non pre internship survey score of( 28.73±5.94 ) scores and ( 28.94±5.91 ) scores, there was significant difference ( P〈0.01 ).In the regression analysis of the related factors, the family economic situation was the most influential, and the second was the comprehensive scores of the school.Conclusion: The mental health status of nursing undergraduates before clinical practice is poor.The family economic situation, comprehensive scores in the school and physical health status of students are related to the mental health status of nursing undergraduates before clinical practice.Clinical nursing educators should pay more attention to the mental health status of nursing undergraduates before clinical practice, and actively explore the promotion strategies.
