社区反思性教育干预对糖尿病患者血糖及遵医行为的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:进一步对社区反思教育对糖尿病患者血糖及遵医行为的影响进行探究。方法:选取本市3个社区共计352例糖尿病患者进行回顾分析,依据随机数字表法将其均分至行社区常规健康教育的对照组,与行社区反思性教育干预的观察组,各176例。随访观察6个月,对比分析社区反思性教育干预措施同常规教育干预二者对糖尿病患者血糖及遵医行为的影响。结果:两组社区糖尿病患者在行教育干预后其血糖变化及遵医行为均明显优于干预前,干预前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间对比,行社区反思教育干预措施的观察组患者其血糖水平降低幅度明显大于对照组,且在遵医行为方面观察组患者干预效果更佳,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于社区糖尿病患者行反思性教育干预能够显著改善患者血糖水平,增强其遵医行为,值得在社区中推广应用。 Objective:To further explored the effect of community education on the reflection of blood glucose in diabetic patients and compliance behavior.Method:A retrospective analysis of 3 communities in our city takes a total of 352 diabetic patients. According to randomly method they were divided into the community for the conventional health education in the control group, and the community on education the intervention in the observation group,176 cases in each group. The follow-up time was 6 months,blood glucose and the compliance behavior of two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the education before the intervention, two groups in the community diabetes education intervention after their blood glucose changes and compliance were significantly better before the intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The blood glucose levels and compliance behavior of observation group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:For patients with diabetes in community for reflective education intervention can significantly improve the blood glucose level,enhance their compliance behavior, it is worthy of popularization and application in the community.
