摘要
目的:探析缺血性脑血管疾病进行磁敏感加权成像(SWI)对其抗血小板治疗的指导价值研究。方法:临床选择2013年7月-2015年7月汕头潮南民生医院收治的缺血性脑血管疾病既往服用抗血小板治疗而出现脑出血病例60例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。观察组进行SWI检查,对照组进行普通核磁共振检查,评估两组检查方式在缺血性脑卒中患者脑血管淀粉样变性的发生率与指导缺血性脑卒中发病患者抗血小板治疗的可行性。结果:观察组在缺血性脑卒中患者脑血管淀粉样变性的正确率为96.67%,对照组为53.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后总有效率为93.3%,对照组为50.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缺血性脑血管疾病进行SWI检查提高了患者脑微小血管出血诊断的正确率,从而指导抗血小板治疗,对临床缺血性脑血管疾病启用抗血小板治疗具有重要的临床指导价值。
Objective:To study the clinical guidance of SWI (susceptibility weighted imaging) on the selection of anti-platelet therapy for patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Method:60 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease treated from July 2013 to July 2015 in Chaonan Minsheng Hospital of Shantou City were selected,the patients previously took the anti-platelet therapy.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The observation group adopted SWI,the control group adopted the conventional magnetic resonance imaging,the incidence rate of cerebral amyloid angiopathy and clinical feasibility of anti-platelet therapy of two groups were evaluated.Result:The detection accuracy of cerebral amyloid angiopathy for observation group was 96.67% significantly higher than that of control group 53.33%(P〈0.05);the clinical effective rate of observation group was 93.3% significantly higher than that of control group 50.0%(P〈0.05). Conclusion:For patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,the SWI can improve the detection accuracy of cerebral microvascular hemorrhage and provide the guidance on the anti-platelet therapy.Therefore,it is great importance on the selection of anti-platelet therapy.
