对中度宫颈糜烂并附件炎的患者实施综合护理干预的方法和临床效果

Method and Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Moderate Cervical Erosion and Accessory Inflammation

目的:分析对中度宫颈糜烂并附件炎的患者实施综合护理干预的方法和临床效果。方法:选择2014年9月-2016年9月在本院治疗的114例中度宫颈糜烂并附件炎患者作为研究对象,按入院时间先后顺序分为干预组和对照组,各57例,干预组给予综合干预措施,对照组给予常规护理方式,对比两组患者的SDS评分、SAS评分、护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果:干预后,干预组患者SDS评分为(36.48±6.89)分,低于对照组的(48.83±7.12)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.411,P=0.000)。干预组患者的SAS评分为(36.14±6.93)分,低于对照组的(48.43±7.49)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.389,P=0.000)。干预组患者护理满意度为98.25%,高于对照组的85.96%,差异有统计学意义(字2=5.911,P=0.015)。干预组患者的并发症发生率为3.51%,低于对照组的19.30%,差异有统计学意义(字2=7.033,P=0.008)。结论:综合护理干预在中度宫颈糜烂并附件炎的患者中的应用效果确切,明显缓解了患者的负面情绪,提高了患者的护理满意度,且降低了并发症发生的风险,值得推广。

Objective： To analyze the method and clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with moderate cervical erosion and accessory inflammation.Method： 114 patients with moderate cervical erosion and accessory inflammation in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected as objects, they were divided into an intervention group and a control group according to their hospital admission sequence, 57 cases in each group.The intervention group was given comprehensive intervention, while the control group was given conventional nursing.The SDS score, SAS score, nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complication of the two groups were compared.Result： After intervention, the SDS score in the intervention group was （ 36.48± 6.89 ） points less than （ 48.83 ± 7.12 ） points in control group, the difference was statistic significance （ t=9.411, P=0.000 ） .The SAS score of the intervention group was （ 36.14± 6.93 ） points less than （ 48.43 ± 7.49 ） points of the control group, the difference was statistic significance （t=9.389, P=0.000 ） .The nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was 98.25% higher than 85.96% in control group, the difference was statistically significant （ X2=5.911, P=0.015 ） .The incidence of complication in the intervention group was 3.51% less than 19.30% in control group, the difference was statistic significance （ X2=7.033, P=0.008 ） .Conclusion： Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients with moderate cervical erosion and accessory inflammation is effective, alleviate the negative emotion of patients, improve nursing satisfaction, and reduce the risk of complications, worthy of promotion.
