SYNTAX积分与临床SYNTAX积分对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的临床疗效与预测作用研究

The Clinical Efficacy and Predictive Effects of SYNTAX Score and Clinical SYNTAX Score on Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

目的:探讨SYNTAX积分与临床SYNTAX积分对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的临床效果与预测作用。方法:选取本院2010年1月-2016年1月接诊的三支病变及左主干病变确诊后经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后的170例患者,采用SYNTAX积分及临床SYNTAX积分对所有患者进行评价,根据积分情况将患者分为高分组、中分组及低分组,对患者进行随访,调查患者不良心脑血管事件。结果:随访期间共有33例患者发生不良心脑血管事件,SYNTAX积分AUC:0.668[95%CI(0.565,0.772)];临床SYNTAX积分AUC:0.654[95%CI(0.528,0.753)]。两种积分系统均对不良心脑血管事件有预测价值,临床SYNTAX积分未能提高SYNTAX积分对不良心脑血管事件的能力。结论:SYNTAX积分与临床SYNTAX积分均能预测冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后不良心脑血管事件的发生,可以作为独立预测因子,值得推广使用。

Objective： To investigate clinical effect and predictive value of SYNTAX score and clinical SYNTAX score on percutaneous coronary intervention.Method： 170 patients with three lesions and left main coronary artery disease after percutaneous coronary intervention in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2016 were selected, all patients were evaluated by SYNTAX score and clinical SYNTAX score, the patients were divided into high score group, middle group and low group according to the integral condition, patients were followed up and investigated adverse cardiovascular events.Result： A total of 33 patients developed adverse cardiovascular events during follow-up, SYNTAX score AUC ： 0.668195%CI （0.565, 0.772 ） ], clinical SYNTAX score AUC： 0.654195%CI （0.528, 0.753 ） ].Two score systems had predictive value for adverse cardiovascular events, clinical SYNTAX score failed to improve the ability of SYNTAX score for adverse cardiovascular events.Conclusion： SYNTAX score and clinical SYNTAX score can predict the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events after percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with coronary heart disease, can be used as an independent predictive factor, it is worthy of popularization and use.
