摘要 目的:评价在预防医学专业本科毒理学实验课教学中应用项目驱动教学法的效果。方法:选择预防医学专业本科生作为试验研究对象,采用整群抽样的方法将学生分为试验组(n=32)和对照组(n=35)。试验组采用项目驱动教学法教学,对毒理学实验课内容进行整合,设计完整教学项目,创建学习情境,组织实施项目并对需要注意的问题进行了分析,对照组采用传统教学法授课。通过调查问卷及成绩考核,评价毒理学实验教学中采用不同教学方法的效果。结果:试验组实验考试成绩和期末考试成绩均高于对照组,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针对不同考核内容分析,试验组概念原理、方法、综合应用等试题的得分也均高于对照组,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组在对教学效果、学习兴趣及积极性、沟通和表达能力、组织协调能力以及分析、解决问题的能力的满意度均明显高于对照组,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在预防医学专业毒理实验课教学中实施项目驱动教学法效果较好。 Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of project-driving teaching methodology in the teaching of toxicology experiment course in the preventive medicine major of undergraduates.Method : Preventive medicine undergraduates were selected as the experimental research objects, the students were divided into experimental group ( n=32 ) and control group ( n=35 ) by cluster sampling method.The experimental group adopted the project- driving teaching methodology, integrated the content of toxicology experiment, designed a complete teaching project, created learning situation, organized the implementation of the project and the need to pay attention to the problem were analyzed, the control group used the traditional teaching methods.Through the questionnaire and performance assessment, evaluated the effect of different teaching methods in toxicology experiment teaching. Result: The scores of the experiment test and final examinations in experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P〈0.05 ) .According to the different assessment content analysis, the concept theory, method, comprehensive application and other test scores of experimental group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈O.05) .In the experimental group, the effect of teaching, learning interest and enthusiasm, communication and expression ability, organization and coordination ability, analysis and problem solving ability of satisfaction were significantly higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05) .Conehmion: The project-driving teaching methodology is effective in the teaching of toxicology experiment in the major of the preventive medicine.
