生长激素激发试验静脉留置穿刺采血方法的研究与分析

Study and Analysis on the Method of Intravenous Puncture and Blood Collection in Growth Hormone Provocation Test

目的:分析讨论改进生长激素激发试验静脉留置穿刺采血方法以及临床效果。方法:选择2014年8月-2016年8月本院收治的72例矮小儿童作为观察对象,随机分为改进组和对照组,各36例。改进组采用改进生长激素激发试验静脉留置穿刺采血方法,对照组采用常规采血方法,观察比较两组患者的效果。结果:改进组疼痛情况、满意度及穿刺成功率均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在实施生长激素激发试验的过程中,及时改进静脉留置针穿刺采血方法,可以有效提升静脉穿刺成功率,确保试验可以顺利完成,对于减轻患儿痛苦、提高患儿生活质量具有至关重要的作用。

Objective： To analyze and discuss the method and clinical effect of vein puncture with improved growth hormone provocation test.Method： 72 children with short stature in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into the improvement group and the control group, each of 36 cases.The improvement group used improved growth hormone provocation test venous indwelling puncture blood collection method, the control group used conventional blood collection method, the effects of two groups of patients were observe and compare.Result： The pain, satisfaction and puncture success rate of the improvement group were significantly better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： In the process of the implementation of the growth hormone stimulation test, needle puncture method improved venous indwelling time, can effectively improve the success rate of vein puncture, to ensure that the test can be completed smoothly, to alleviate the suffering of patients and improve the quality of life of patients with a vital role.
