摘要
《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》(教育部24号令)是辅导员队伍建设的纲领性文件,文件颁布10年来,跟一系列制度一起,推进了高校辅导员队伍职业化、专业化发展进程。但是,不能回避辅导员队伍建设存在的职能"错位"问题,必须继续加大辅导员队伍再建设力度,实现辅导员工作减量增质,回归"立德树人"本位。
"Regulations on College Advisors" Team Construction" (Order No. 24 [-2006]) is a framework document for advisors" team construction. Since it was issued ten years ago, the document along with a series of systems, has effectively promoted college advisors" professionalization and specialization. Yet the problem of functional malposition is not to be disregarded. More work needs to be done so college advisors can work less but perform better and morally lead students by example.
