青皮药材挥发性成分的气相色谱-质谱分析

An analysis of volatiles from bark of Citrus reticulata Blanco by GC-MS

目的:对青皮药材中所含的挥发性成分进行研究分析。方法:本实验采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取青皮药材中的挥发性成分,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪进行分析鉴定,并以峰面积测定方法来表示各组分的相对含量。结果:气相色谱-质谱共分析鉴别出61种化学成分,且61种化学成分与数据库相似匹配度都在90%以上,总含量占挥发油总量的94.13%。其中百分比含量高于1%成分的有39个,以β-榄香烯含量最高(4.25%)。结论:青皮药材挥发性成分中以萜类化合物为主,以倍半萜种数最多,其次为醇类化合物、长链烷烃类化合物、酯类化合物、苯系物类等化合物,且多为小分子化合物。

Objective： In this paper, the volatile components of Citrus reticulata Blanco were analyed and researched. Methods： Volatile components in Citrus reticulata Blanco were extracted by steam distillation, and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry; and the relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization method. Results： 61 kinds of chemical components were analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry, and the matching degree of the 61 chemical components were more than 90%, accounted for 94.13% of the total volatile oil. The content of more than 1% components was 39 kinds, with the highest content of elemene （4.25%）. Conclusion： The mainly volatile component in Citrus reticulata Blanco was terpenes; most species was sesquiterpenes, followed by alcohol compounds, long-chain alkane compounds, esters, benzene compounds and other compounds.
