“温灸盒”灸治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留临床研究

Clinical observation on treating urinary retention following anorectal disease by warm moxibustion box

目的:观察"温灸盒"灸下腹部(神阙、中极、关元、气海)治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:将肛肠病手术后发生尿潴留的患者128例随机分为两组,每组64例,对照组采用热敷、按摩及诱导排尿等传统治疗方法,治疗组采用"温灸盒"灸下腹部(神阙、中极、关元、气海)的治疗方法;观察比较两组患者治疗后临床尿潴留的症状改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为84.38%,对照组总有效率为31.25%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"温灸盒"灸下腹部治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留疗效满意,值得推广。

Objective： To observe elineial efficacy of warm moxibustion box on urinary retention after anorectal disease. Methods： 128 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 64 cases in each group. The control group was adopted hot compress, massage and induced urination; and the treatment group took warm moxibustion box. Results： The total efficiency was 84.38% in the treatment group, and 31.25% in the control group; the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Warm moxibustion box was effective on anorectal disease following urinary retention, and is worth promoting.
