本文对湿疹的病因病机进行探讨,并根据王永杰老师的多年临床经验,将患者分为热盛型、湿盛型、脾虚血燥型和阴虚血燥型,辨证治疗,给予不同的方药,具有针对性,且取得了显著的疗效。

In this paper, the etiology and pathogenesis of eczema were discussed. According to many years of clinical experience of Wang Yongjie, eczema was divided into the Shire type, the Shisheng type, the Pixu Xuezao type and the Yinxu Xuezao type, and patients in different types received different decoctions. Differentiation was effective on eczema.
